When everything is so messed up that you can’t even find something to do about it, do this

What on earth went wrong? Everything went wrong!

It doesn’t matter which is your faith or set of beliefs, as long as you have one, there are days when, from the bottom of your heart, you want to scream:

God (Source, Universe, Budha, Allah, Eloah, Jehovah, Ra, Krishna, or however you refer to the all-mighty), we have to talk! What on Earth went wrong? When did we stop trusting each other? When loving the other one—animal, human, plant—ceased to be a priority? When did we become so egocentric that if it’s not happening within 5 meters of our radius, we don’t care?

It is in those moments of despair when we let everything out and express our frustration with our race that we drown ourselves in pity without realizing that’s the easy way out, and the fast lane to nowhere.

The message has been clear from the beginning. Every religion, dogma, and spiritual initiative calls for the same: love. The problem is that we have bought an idle attitude to protect ourselves from the pain love itself can ignite.

Despite the conversation with your Source of all things might be full of emotions and frustration, when a higher/spiritual power is the reference you look for to let go of all your demons, you are on the right track.

Your tantrum is not showing you are taking yourself out of the DO part; on the contrary, you care! Please, keep trying! Don’t stop after expressing your discontent out loud. However, instead of being reassured that everything is so messed up that you cannot even find something you can do about it, raise your sight and force yourself to see the beauty of right now.

Let me help you with the first glimpse: Right in this instant, there is a new human being that just let go of its mask of indolence, and it’s so tired that it’s willing to care. That’s YOU!
